Nonstop Notary of Georgia and Cyber Threat Research Center, LLC (collectively “Nonstop Notary of Georgia”) reviews nonpublic personal information (NPI) for the purpose of completing official acts called notarization or notarial acts. Nonstop Notary of Georgia has taken reasonable measures to keep your information confidential and will treat all information as confidential.

Nonstop Notary of Georgia is required to record each notarization transactions with nonpublic personal information for each transaction, retaining transaction records for a duration of four years. Also, the transactions may be requested at any time by the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority.

Nonstop Notary of Georgia shares information with its other business function, mobile Notary Publics, for the purpose of completing notarizations. In such cases, the scope of the data shared is for the purpose of completing notarizations.  Nonpublic personal information will not be shared with third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation to do so or data has to be transmitted in order to complete notarization transactions. External service providers and partner businesses, such as online payment providers shall only receive your data as necessary to complete payment for notarization. The service providers are responsible for the content of external services, and we take all reasonable steps to verify that the services comply with legal requirements.
