Verifying  Documents by Notary Public  –
Documents must be original and may be brought to our office – scheduled appointments preferred.  You can schedule an appointment, using the website or phone call.  Prices are per the original seal or stamp.  The cost of additional seal or stamp is $8.00.

  • Power of Attorney Real Estate Transactions: $70.00
  • Power of Attorney or Living Wills and Trust Documents: $50.00
  • Divorce Signing / Other Divorce-Related Documents: $40.00

Weekday After Hours & Fees: Monday through Friday 5PM-8PM 

  • Notary Public Fees: $20.00 – $125.00
  • I-9 Employment Verification: $55.00
  • Real Estate Notary For Titles, Escrows & Closings: $145.00 (incl. 4 seals)
  • Power of Attorney Real Estate Transactions: $95.00
  • Power of Attorney or Living Wills and Trust Documents: $65.00
  • Divorce Signing / Other Divorce-Related Documents: $60.00

Weekend Hours & Fees: 8AM – 8PM

  • Real Estate Notary For Titles, Escrows & Closings: $175.00 (incl. 4 seals)
  • Power of Attorney Real Estate Transactions: $125
  • Power of Attorney or Living Wills and Trust Documents: $80.00
  • Divorce Signing / Other Divorce-Related Documents: $75.00

Mobile Hours & Fees: Saturday and Sunday 8AM-12AM

  • Minimum Mobile Expense: $60.00
  • Mobile Real Estate Notary For Titles, Escrows & Closings: $300.00 (incl. 10 seals)
  • Debit/credit cards are accepted only.
